How It Works?
- Sign up: earn 200 Vape City Points. Join Today!
- Shop and Earn: sign into your account and make a purchase, earn 2 Vape City Points for every $1 spent before tax.
- Referrals: refer your friends, they will get $5 off discount and you will get $5 off discount too after they make a purchase. ($50 spend minimum)
- Write a review and get rewards: write your review on Google Maps and get 200 Vape City Points ($2 Value)

Redeem:
- $5 off discount = 500 Vape City Points
- $10 off discount = 1000 Vape City Points
- $25 off discount = 2500 Vape City Points
Note: Our system only accepts one discount per order. Reward codes will not apply to orders using another discount code or discount offer.
How do I keep track of my Reward Points?
Log into your account and click on the launcher 
. The total points should be displayed on the header. Scroll down, there is more information provided.
Getting the referral URL to share with friends.
Similarly, a Program Member can click on the launcher to copy their referral URL to share with their friends.
How do I redeem my Reward Points?
Log into your account and click on the launcher . Scroll down and click All Rewards. If you have enough points, you can redeem them for a reward code. Apply the code and you will see the discount at the checkout page.
How to apply a reward discount code when a volume discount has been applied?
Our platform does not allow multiple discounts at the checkout page, however you can apply up to one coupon code per order even if you already have a volume discount.
Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?
No. Go ahead and earn as many as you can!
Can I use multiple Reward codes for one order?
No. Only one reward code can be applied to a single order at a time.
Why did my account balance go down?
You, or someone you referred, cancelled or returned a purchase.
I completed an activity but didn't earn points!
It can sometimes take a few minutes to process your activity and provide your points.
Can I use my points during checkout?
Not directly - please redeem your points for a reward code which can then be applied during checkout.
How do I leave the program?
If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us and ask to be unenrolled. We'll unenroll you and you will lose any points you have accrued.
What happens if I leave and decide to join again?
Just contact us and we'll re-enroll you. However, your point total will begin from zero.
